About Us

Sandy Rock is Principal Oboist for the Omaha Symphony Orchestra. She has been playing oboe for nearly 40 years now, and has  previously played with - among others - the American Wind Symphony, and the Symphony Orchestra for the State of Mexico.
She began her studies at the Eastman School of Music, and ultimately graduated from Ithaca College, Summa Cum Laude, with her degree in Music Performance and Education.

She would say that she is "living the dream" as a working Professional classical musician with the Omaha Symphony, and  there she works with some of the finest musicians in the industry.  

Jannene Sass is a concert pianist who has played all over the United States.   Her years of formal training, combined with her vast performance experience makes her an outstanding musician.

Together, Sandy and Jannene create MAGIC  with the oboe and piano,
and they look forward to providing the "best of the best" for you!
